Shipping and Delivery

Free tracked delivery to every Australian address.

Dispatch: orders leave our workshop in Fujian, China, within 3 business days.

Delivery time: usually 7 to 12 business days door to door. Remote areas may take a few days longer.

Tracking: we email your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Duties and taxes: for orders under A$1,000, Australia does not charge import duty or import GST at the border, so there is nothing extra to pay at your door.

Packing: every piece is boxed and cushioned for the journey. If anything arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy.
